Great links and interesting correlation. However being recently being approved by the TGA to access Medical Cannabis I find that it's still very much a legal grey area where one can manipulate the rules to there favour once they are approved. My GP said herself that once you get approval from the TGA that it may be a better option for me to access Cannabis products from the black market as it's cheaper. I have a letter from my doctor that I can show Police and Employers in the instance of Drug Tests and possession dilemmas etc. But for the sheer convenience and assurance of dosing consistency and quality I choose to use the local pharmacy for supply currently. I know numerous people who access Medical Cannabis and the stigma is very much dissolving but the line between medicinal use and recreation can be manipulated for some. There is so much money in it now that it's in the TGA's and private companies best interest to approve people, some Medical Cannabis services offer consultations without a referral from your GP. I have friends accessing medical cannabis for knee or shoulder problems, its no longer for exclusively terminal patients.

I'm happy to answer any questions you have as there is still a lot of confusion and stigma surrounding medical cannabis. I've only had my prescription for a month. At this point in time I have access to and use on a daily basis Cannabidiol (CBD) oil extracted Cannabis sp. which I take with breakfast and Lunch and then I have either THC Oil or a CBD/THC Oil blend that I take in the afternoon/ night. Having a very limited understanding of chemistry I can't comment in much depth on the variety of cannabinoids present in the oils I have versus whole plant products. But I do agree with you in that regard and subscribe to the entourage effect and from my experience the way even the cannabinoids interact from combining CBD and THC is significantly different from the effect and high of THC alone. I feel that combining the 2 really really mitigates the negative effects that THC can cause for me such as overthinking and mild paranoia.
"How would you letter go with a positive roadside drug test?" That is something that your doctor discusses extensively with you and tries to work out an appropriate dosing schedule with you. Which is why I generally try not have any THC until I won't have to drive for the day but sometimes I require pain relief from the THC in the morning and I may drive later on that day. He said particular for oils as opposed to smoking its even more important to brush your teeth and tongue thoroughly before driving and its far less likely to read on a test. He says that it's a really tricky one and only one of his clients so far has been taken to court for a positive RDT and it got thrown out in court. My doc advised me prior to the drug test to present my letter and disclose to the police that I may have THC in my system as I use medical cannabis and hopefully they won't swab me as it is a massive headache for both parties. Once they swab you and you test positive it must be reported and recorded no matter the circumstances which means you will be going to court. My understanding is that it can vary upon the magistrate but in my local area from what I gather is that the charges will be swiftly dismissed so its not worth the police pursuing.
He said the letter allows me to travel with it on planes and entitles me to use it all over Australia but being a surfer he advised that I don't try to fly with Indo with it ;)

Keep em under a twenty three or so watt compact flouro lamp about twenty cm away in a cardboard box until they start getting spiky true leaves and lots of roots. Also use wrapped grodan rockwool cubes to start them off. To germinate them soak seeds in a cup of clean water overnight then put them in a wet paper towel for a few days. You should see tap root within three days if seeds are quality.
Keep unused seeds in the fridge in a satchet and spot where they wont get wet or anything spilt on the satchet.

I don't know how anyone can have trouble growing pot even as a grommet i had no issues, i don't grow anymore though.
But here's some advice for growing outdoors.
Basically treat them exactly like you would most sun loving vegetables in all regards from germination to a mature plant.
Germination: In small pots, seeds just under the soil a few mm deep not too deep, keep moist but not wet in a spot that ideally gets morning sun until lunch. (want some warmth) yeah you can soak seeds overnight like said above can speed up germination.
Transplant: To bigger pot or ground if in a pot a high quality potting mix is a must as is a pot the drains well, if in the ground a rich free draining mix like a good vegetable garden, first water is always a good water ideally with watering can and with Seasol or similar product.
Then after that just a regular water every few days, keep moist but not wet (too wet will cause seedlings to dampen off/rot), and doesn't hurt to allow to dry out between waters a little, a mulch and regular fertilise just like vegetables will do absolute wonders to growth and get a strong root system that is the most important aspect to a produce a strong robust plant of size.
Yes like most vegetables they are a sun loving plant but need some protection from harsh midday to arvo sun if seedlings, when bigger as long as well watered they enjoy as much sun as possible.
Disclaimer: Of course this advice is only for those in areas where its legal to grow plants for personal use.

So is weed with .2% THC worth smoking or is it just hemp for fiber and high in CBD for possible medicinal use. No point in hoovering bongs all day for a mild brain ache.
I think it will be very hard to prove and convict and even search someones place, thinking they have high THC pot growing rather than low thc high cbd strains. But cbd is useful but better in tinctures i think and edibles, i dont think it works as well through a bong but im not sure.
They could just search the houses with weeds growing up through the old car bodies, an old lounge on the porch and taped up windows.
